Anga L. Sanders is founder and CEO of Global HR Solutions LLC, a human resource outsourcing and consulting firm with the ability to perform a wide range of services for both public and private employers in the area of human resources management and administration. She possesses more than twenty years of human resources experience, having held Human Resources Management positions in some of the nation’s largest and most well-respected companies. Her experience has been honed in corporate, manufacturing, medical, retail, consumer packaged goods and service industries, and her expertise is recognized and valued by a wide variety of corporate executives. She has been described by the Vice President of Associate Relations at one of the nation’s leading organizations as "the best HR person I ever knew."
Although she is a true generalist in knowledge, her primary expertise is in the difficult area of employee relations, where her advice and guidance has been sought by everyone from front-line supervisors to chief legal counsel to company presidents.
Anga holds the highest level of certification, the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation through the Society of Human Resources Management. In addition, she possesses both a Bachelors Degree in psychology and a Masters Degree in Liberal Arts (concentrations in psychology and law) from Southern Methodist University.
